Shipping Options and Delivery Costs 

 

Free Shipping on orders $125 and over to the 48 Contiguous States. Due to the increased shipping costs to Hawaii and Alaska; orders to these states are not eligible for free shipping. However, orders over $125 will have shipping decreased from $15 to $8. We cannot ship to PO boxes using our free shipping method, only to physical addresses.

        48 Contiguous States I 3-5 business days | $8.00 flat rate  | Free on orders $125+

        Hawaii and Alaska I 12-15 business days I $15.00 flat rate I $8.00 on orders $125+

Delivery times will be greater for orders to Alaska and Hawaii

For local pick-up: manual payment option is available at checkout. Email mudkipsalesct@outlook.com for pick-up instructions

Unfortunately; international shipping is not available at this time

Order Processing 

​

Please allow up to two business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time for orders received on weekends and holidays will begin on the next business day.

Successfully placed orders will receive e-mail confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

 

All orders will be shipped with tracking. Details for tracking will be received within 24 hours of an order being processed.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us at mudkipsalesct@outlook.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.
