Shipping Options and Delivery Costs 

 

Free Shipping on orders $125 and over (overweight charge may apply)

Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship standard shipping. We cannot ship to PO boxes using our free shipping method, only to physical addresses.

Singles

Sealed

​

              Standard   | 3-5 business days | $8.00 flat rate  | Free on orders $125+ (standard only)

Orders including Singles and Sealed will default to Sealed shipping pricing 

​

An "overweight charge" shipping option will display at checkout for orders that meet a high weight total or require a large box with significant dimensional weight. Due to Wix limitations a free shipping option will still display for an order of $125 and over. The customer is required to select the "overweight charge" option when prompted to ensure proper processing and avoid order cancellation.

Delivery times may be greater than estimates for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

For local pick-up: manual payment option is available at checkout. Email mudkipsalesct@outlook.com for pick-up instructions

Unfortunately; international shipping is not available at this time

Order Processing 

​

Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Successfully placed orders will receive e-mail confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

 

All orders will be shipped with tracking. Details for tracking will be received within 24 hours of an order being processed.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.
